YGS Landscapes have been maintaining all types of grounds and gardens for both commercial and residential clients, some for over 20 years.

We have the experience, resources and enthusiasm to offer grounds maintenance for your project, to your agreed specification and budget.

Whether it be fortnightly grass cutting or an annual tidy up, YGS Landscapes will provide a fully resourced mobile team who will have all the machinery and materials to meet the maintenance requirements at each location. Where possible, the same team will service each site to enable them to build up ownership with the sites and relationships with the client.

All the machinery which is required has annual inspections and regular servicing. Prior to use by the operative, and as part of our Health & Safety procedure, all machines are inspected.

We believe that there are numerous facets to running successful maintenance contracts and our service aims include;

Carrying out an initial assessment of the client’s grounds and advising on problems, diseases, proposed solutions and anything that may have an impact on the site’s appearance
Putting forward maintenance proposals based on sound horticultural practice and experience
Agreeing and implementing programme which suits seasons and clients expectations
Attending site meetings as required.
To regularly analyse contract and discuss value engineering opportunities.
To discuss improvements as and when appropriate
To produce regular reports, detailing progress and any areas of concern We record all visits on work maintenance sheets. These forms will be used to record any defects found or observations made while the team are carrying out the specific maintenance operation. Any observation will be emailed to the client immediately and any potentially dangerous situation will be rectified or made safe.

To ensure compliancy with all aspects of Health & Safety, including RAMS & COSHH.
